1-40-26. Officers of Board of Minerals and Environment--Quorum--Meetings. The Board of Minerals and Environment shall annually elect from its members such officers as it deems advisable. A majority of the board members shall be required to constitute a quorum. The board shall hold meetings at the call of the chairman or a majority of the members, but there shall be held at least one meeting every three months.
