Section 1-40-6 - Officers of board--Quorum--Removal of members.
1-40-6. Officers of board--Quorum--Removal of members. The Board of Water and Natural Resources shall annually elect from its members such officers as it deems advisable. A majority of the board members shall be required to constitute a quorum. The members shall be removable for cause only.
