Section 1-46-5 - Performance of functions of former military department.
1-46-5. Performance of functions of former military department. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs shall, under the direction and control of the adjutant general, perform all the functions of the former Department of Military Affairs, created by chapter 33-1.
