Section 1-46-7 - Director of veterans affairs as head of division--Appointment and tenure.
1-46-7. Director of veterans affairs as head of division--Appointment and tenure. The head of the Division of Veterans Affairs is the director of veterans affairs. The director shall be nominated as provided by § 33-16-4.1 to be appointed by the adjutant general to serve at the pleasure of the adjutant general.
