Section 1-46-9 - Administrative functions performed for veterans' commission.
1-46-9. Administrative functions performed for veterans' commission. The Division of Veterans Affairs shall, under the direction and control of the director of veterans affairs, perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the veterans' commission.
