Section 1-47-7 - Banking Commission continued.
1-47-7. Banking Commission continued. The South Dakota State Banking Commission shall continue in the Department of Revenue and Regulation. The secretary of the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Commerce and Regulation, relating to the South Dakota State Banking Commission.
