Section 1-51-5 - Office of Emergency Medical Services transferred.
1-51-5. Office of Emergency Medical Services transferred. The Office of Emergency Medical Services, Department of Health, and its functions are transferred to the Department of Public Safety created by this Executive Reorganization Order. The secretary of the Department of Public Safety shall perform the functions of the secretary of the Department of Health, relating to the Office of Emergency Medical Services.
