Section 10-1-1.1 - Department as continuing Department of Revenue and Regulation.
10-1-1.1. Department as continuing Department of Revenue and Regulation. The former Department of Revenue shall comprise the Department of Revenue and Regulation, and all its functions shall be performed by the Department of Revenue and Regulation as provided by § 1-47-3.
