Section 10-1-37 - Consultation with and reports to Governor. - South Dakota Statutes

10-1-37. Consultation with and reports to Governor. The secretary of revenue and regulation shall consult and confer with the Governor upon the subject of taxation, the administration of the laws in relation to taxation, and the progress of the work of the secretary. The secretary shall furnish the Governor such reports, assistance, and information as the Governor may require.
