Section 10-41-8 - Inheritance tax forms and blanks--Distribution to county treasurers.
10-41-8. Inheritance tax forms and blanks--Distribution to county treasurers. The Department of Revenue and Regulation shall prepare forms and blanks to be used in inheritance taxation matters. It shall furnish such blanks to county treasurers as they may need to properly discharge their duties under this chapter and chapter 10-40.
