Section 10-46D-8 - Time of refund payment. - South Dakota Statutes

10-46D-8. Time of refund payment. The amounts withheld by the department in accordance with this chapter shall be retained until the production has been completed and the claimant has met all the conditions of this chapter, at which time all sums retained shall be paid to the claimant. (This section is repealed on June 30, 2011 pursuant to SL 2006, ch 57, § 13.)
