Section 10-47B-115.2 - Time for filing ethanol producer's report.
10-47B-115.2. Time for filing ethanol producer's report. Any report required by § 10-47B-115.1 shall be filed with respect to information for the preceding calendar month on or before the last day of each month unless the last day of the month falls on a Sunday or legal holiday in which case it is due on the next working day.
