10-50-12. Display of license--Duration--Return of license on revocation. Each license so issued shall be prominently displayed on the premises covered by the license. Each license shall be valid until the first day of July subsequent to the date of issuance of such license unless sooner revoked by the secretary of revenue and regulation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, in which case the holder of the license shall immediately return it to the secretary of revenue and regulation.
