Section 10-50-48 - Secretary's order after hearing--Copy to applicant.
10-50-48. Secretary's order after hearing--Copy to applicant. After any such hearing, the secretary of revenue and regulation may make such order in the premises as may appear to him just and lawful and shall furnish a copy of such order to the applicant.
