Section 10-50B-13 - Revocation of license--Hearing--Reinstatement. - South Dakota Statutes

10-50B-13. Revocation of license--Hearing--Reinstatement. The secretary of revenue and regulation may revoke the license of any distributor or wholesaler for failure to comply with the provisions of § 10-50B-6 and any rule promulgated pursuant to that section. Any person aggrieved by such revocation may apply to the secretary for a hearing as provided in chapter 1-26.
The license of a distributor or wholesaler which has been revoked pursuant to this section may not be reinstated by the secretary of revenue and regulation until the person has fully complied with the provisions of § 10-50B-6.
