Section 10-54-2 - Representative of state on multistate tax commission.
10-54-2. Representative of state on multistate tax commission. The Governor, with the consent of the senate, shall appoint the member of the multistate tax commission to represent the State of South Dakota from among the persons made eligible by article VI 1(a) of the compact, or the secretary of revenue and regulation shall represent the State of South Dakota on the multistate tax commission.
