Section 11-1-12 - Cooperation with federal agencies and other states.

11-1-12. Cooperation with federal agencies and other states. The Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations, under the direction and control of the Governor and in consultation with the State Planning Commission, shall cooperate with other states and the federal government and its agencies to facilitate coordination in planning and economic development.
