Section 11-1-16 - Rules and regulations.
11-1-16. Rules and regulations. The state commissioner of planning is hereby authorized with the approval of the State Planning Commission and the Governor to issue such rules and regulations as deemed necessary for the carrying out of the provisions and intent of this chapter.
