Section 11-1-6 - Employment and compensation of other personnel.
11-1-6. Employment and compensation of other personnel. The commissioner of planning is hereby authorized with the approval of the Governor to employ and fix the salaries of such other personnel and agents as he may deem necessary to discharge the duties prescribed by this chapter.
