11-11-104. Contracts for financial institutions to service mortgages acquired by authority. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to make and execute contracts with mortgage bankers or other financial institutions in this state for the servicing of mortgages acquired by the authority pursuant to this chapter, and to pay the reasonable value of services rendered to the authority pursuant to those contracts.
