11-11-121. Purchase from lenders of notes originated for sale to authority. The authority may facilitate the rehabilitation and improvement of existing homes to acceptable standards of safety, energy conservation, and comfort, by purchasing loans to the owners originated by lenders for sale to the authority in accordance with the program specifications as are determined by the authority, including insurance of loan repayments or rent subsidy contracts executed by the United States government or any agency thereof.
