Section 11-11-123 - Requirements for transactions with mortgage lenders.
11-11-123. Requirements for transactions with mortgage lenders. Terms and conditions of the purchase and sale to mortgage lenders of mortgage loans and loans to mortgage lenders, shall be as set forth in §§ 11-11-124 to 11-11-133, inclusive.
