11-11-141. Rules and regulations of authority--Scope. The authority may make and publish rules and regulations respecting the grant of mortgage loans pursuant to this chapter, the definition of "persons and families of low and moderate income," the regulations of borrowers, the admission of occupants to housing developments pursuant to this chapter, and the construction of ancillary commercial facilities.
