11-11-146.1. Market study--Required contents. For purposes of § 11-11-146, a market study shall include, but is not limited to, the number of subsidized apartment units, the number of conventional apartment units, the rent ranges and vacancy rates in conventional and subsidized units, a verified statement of alternative private and public financing available for the project, the probable economic impacts of the project on the community and the effects of anticipated population changes.
