11-11-175. Supervision by authority of maintenance of multifamily unit and day-care facility--Repairs ordered. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property, to supervise the operation and maintenance of any such housing development or housing project and order such repairs as may be necessary to protect the public interest or the health, welfare, or safety of the housing development or housing project occupants.
