11-11-177. Inspection and auditing fees for multifamily units and day-care facilities. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property, to require any housing sponsor to pay to the authority such fees as it may prescribe in connection with the examination, inspection, supervision, auditing, or other regulation of the housing sponsor.
