11-11-178. Compliance with laws and regulations required in multifamily units and day-care facilities. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property, to order any housing sponsor to do, or to refrain from doing, such things as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of law, the rules and regulations of the authority, and the terms of any contract or agreement to which the housing sponsor may be a party.
