Section 11-11-26 - General powers in implementation of chapter.
11-11-26. General powers in implementation of chapter. The authority shall have all of the powers necessary and convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the powers set forth in §§ 11-11-27 to 11-11-40, inclusive.
