Section 11-11-30 - Bylaws, rules, and regulations.
11-11-30. Bylaws, rules, and regulations. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to adopt and from time to time amend and repeal bylaws, rules, and regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, to carry into effect the powers and purposes of the authority and the conduct of its business.
