Section 11-11-36 - Execution of necessary instruments.
11-11-36. Execution of necessary instruments. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to make and execute contracts and all other instruments necessary or convenient for the exercise of its powers and functions under this chapter.
