11-11-44. Validation of notes and bonds issued prior to June 11, 1980, amendments. Nothing herein precludes the South Dakota Housing Development Authority from exercising prior to June 11, 1980, all powers granted to the authority in this chapter as in effect prior to that date, including the power to issue notes or bonds in the manner and within the limitations therein provided. Any notes or bonds so issued shall be and remain valid and binding obligations of the authority in accordance with their terms, notwithstanding the amendment of said limitations effective on June 11, 1980.
