11-11-48. Compliance with federal conditions for qualified mortgage bonds. The authority may enter into all agreements and take any actions necessary to comply with all conditions set forth in § 103A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and § 143 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as appropriate, for the issuance of qualified mortgage bonds as therein defined.
