Section 11-11-59 - Limitations on operating expenses of authority.

11-11-59. Limitations on operating expenses of authority. Any resolution or resolutions authorizing any notes or bonds or any issue thereof may contain limitations, which shall be a part of the contract or contracts with the holders thereof, on the amount of moneys to be expended by the authority for operating expenses of the authority.
