12-16-23. Instruction cards for voters. The county auditor shall cause to be printed in large type on cards in the English language and such other languages as may be deemed necessary, instructions for the guidance of voters in preparing their ballots in such form as prescribed by the State Board of Elections and deliver them with the ballots in sufficient numbers to meet the requirements of § 12-16-25.
