12-19-2.3. Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act--Application or request for ballot by facsimile or email. Any voter identified as being covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (42 U.S.C. 1973ff-1) as of January 1, 2005, may submit an application or request for an absentee ballot by facsimile or emailed image to the person in charge of the election.
