12-20-37. Envelopes and directions for return of county vote furnished by secretary of state. The secretary of state shall, at least thirty days before each primary and general election, transmit to each county auditor envelopes for all returns of votes required to be made to the secretary of state's office. Printed directions shall accompany the envelope for the guidance and direction of the auditor in making the returns according to law.
