Section 13-3-87 - High school for the twenty-first century. - South Dakota Statutes

13-3-87. High school for the twenty-first century. The secretary of the Department of Education shall develop a framework for building a high school for the twenty-first century. The framework shall outline the characteristics of a high school for the twenty-first century and the activities in which high schools can participate to develop those characteristics.
