Section 13-42-15.1 - Penalty for failure to surrender certificate.
13-42-15.1. Penalty for failure to surrender certificate. Any person who fails to surrender a teaching certificate pursuant to § 13-42-15 is subject to a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars.
