Section 13-42-24 - Advisory Council terms--Vacancies.

13-42-24. Advisory Council terms--Vacancies. Council members shall be appointed to three-year terms, except that initially, one, two, and three-year terms shall be decided by lot at the first meeting of the council. If a vacancy occurs on the council, an appointment shall be made from the category of membership in which the vacancy occurred to serve the unexpired term.
