13-42-29. Administrators not meeting established standards to submit professional development plan--Exemption. Effective July 1, 2005, all school administrators whose preparation does not meet certification standards established in ARSD 24:16:09 shall submit to the Department of Education a professional development plan to meet the alternative certification requirements established by the South Dakota Board of Education.
