Section 15-16-25 - Copies of discharge order filed in other offices--Effect.
15-16-25. Copies of discharge order filed in other offices--Effect. A certified copy of said original order or judgment may be filed in the office of any clerk of courts or register of deeds in this state and thereupon shall have the effect of discharging of record such judgment or any transcript, docket entry, or record of such judgment.
