2-9-26. Composition of commission. The South Dakota Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation shall be composed of the members of the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council as set forth in § 2-9-2.
The Governor shall be an honorary member of the commission and the chairman of the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council shall serve as secretary. The president pro tempore of the Senate and speaker of the House of Representatives shall serve as cochairmen of the commission.
