Section 24-11A-10 - Election of board officers.
24-11A-10. Election of board officers. A local community correctional board shall annually elect from its members a chairperson to preside at its meetings. A local community correctional board may annually elect from its members a secretary to maintain the records. Minutes shall be recorded and maintained of all meetings of a local community correctional board.
