24-11A-19. Distribution of wages earned by clients of facility. Wages earned by a client while in an adult community corrections facility shall be retained and accounted for by the program operator and shall be disbursed in the manner and order as follows:
(1) Personal necessities;
(2) Room and board to the program operator at a rate to be established by the department;
(3) Support of dependents;
(4) Restitution;
(5) Reimbursement for the services of the public defender or court appointed counsel;
(6) Fines and other costs ordered by the courts; and
(7) Remaining funds shall be paid to the client upon his release from the facility.
