Section 24-11A-7 - Terms of board members--Compensation.
24-11A-7. Terms of board members--Compensation. Members of a local community correctional board shall serve rotating terms of four years. Of the members who are first appointed, three shall be appointed for two years, three for three years, and three for four years.
Each member of a local community correctional board shall serve without compensation.
