Section 25-7-6.26 - Effect of failure to furnish financial information.
25-7-6.26. Effect of failure to furnish financial information. If a parent in a child support establishment or modification proceeding fails to furnish income or other financial information, the parent is in default, and that parent's income for purposes of determining child support shall be computed at a rate not less than the most recent annual pay standard as reported by the Department of Labor.
