Section 25-10-26 - "Contractor" defined.

25-10-26. "Contractor" defined. As used in §§ 25-10-26 to 25-10-33, inclusive, the term, contractor, includes any county, tribe, first or second class municipality or township of this state or any combination thereof, or a private, nonprofit organization.
