Section 25-10-27 - Amount and purpose of grants. - South Dakota Statutes

25-10-27. Amount and purpose of grants. Grants awarded pursuant to §§ 25-10-26 to 25-10-33, inclusive, may not exceed forty percent of the total cost of programs or services provided by the contractors, and shall be used by contractors to:
(1) Establish or maintain shelter or service programs for victims of domestic or sexual abuse and their dependent children; or
(2) Develop or establish training programs for persons engaged in areas related to the problems of domestic or sexual abuse.
