Section 26-4-12 - Vouchers and disbursements for child welfare services.
26-4-12. Vouchers and disbursements for child welfare services. All disbursements made by the state treasurer in order to carry out the provisions of this chapter shall be made by warrant drawn upon the appropriate fund by the state auditor upon vouchers certified by the secretary of social services or other agent authorized by the secretary.
