27A-4-5. Seal provided for Human Services Center--Use on certificates, orders, and discharges. The Department of Human Services shall provide a seal for the South Dakota Human Services Center upon which shall be inscribed the name of such center and such other words and devices as may be deemed appropriate.
The administrator may affix the seal of the center to any certificate, order, or affidavit.
